摘要
目的:研究电针刺激对癫痫发作后脑内海马小胶质细胞和神经元损伤的影响。方法:制备锂-匹罗卡品癫痫大鼠模型,通过电针刺激大鼠"大椎""百会"2个穴位,采用免疫组化及Nissl染色方法,分别计数各组海马CA1区的OX-42阳性细胞数量、神经元数量及形态变化。结果:电针刺激组中OX-42阳性细胞的数量较单纯癫痫组降低46.7%(P<0.05),同时电针刺激组神经元损伤情况较单纯癫痫组显著改善(P<0.05)。结论:电针刺激癫痫大鼠"大椎""百会"两穴位可抑制小胶质细胞介导的炎性反应,具有神经保护作用。
Objective:To study the influence of electric acupuncture stimulation on microglial and nerve cells in hippocampus of rats with epilepsy.Methods:The epileptic rat models were established by using Lithium Lithium-pilocarpine and stimulated with electric acupuncture on Dazhui(DU 14) and Baihui(DU 20).Immunohistochemistry and Nissl staining methods were used to observe the number of OX-42 positive cells,number of nerve cells and morphologic changes of cells in hippocampal CA1 region of rats in each group.Results:The number of OX-42 positive cells of rats in electric acupuncture group was reduced by46.7% compared with rats in epilepsy group(P〈0.05),and the improvement in neuron damage of rats in electric acupuncture group was more remarkable compared with rats in epilepsy group(P〈0.05).Conclusion:Electrical acupuncture stimulation on Dazhui(DU 14) and Baihui(DU 20) of epilepsy rats could inhibitthe inflammatory reaction mediated by microglia,and protect the neurons.
