摘要
介绍了一种含硫废碱液的生物脱硫处理工艺,经工业试验证明,可使含硫废碱液中的硫化物脱除率达到99%以上。该工艺利用高效微生物脱硫菌群(SOB/SRB)、生物厌氧/好氧反应器、膜过滤器等高新技术,通过化学吸收、微生物好氧/厌氧、膜分离等工序,实现单质硫回收、碱液再生循环利用的目的,从而有效解决含硫废碱液难治理的问题,并联产单质硫及再生碱液,符合循环经济和绿色低碳原则,并最终达到环境效益和经济效益的统一。
A kind of bio-desulfurization treatment process for sulfur-containing spent caustic liquid is outlined. It is proven through industrial demonstration that the removal rate of sulfides in the sulfur-containing spent caustic liquid can be more than 99%. The process utilizes high and new technologies including the high-efficiency sulfide oxidizing bacteria( SOB) and sulfate Reduction Bacteria( SRB),anaerobic / aerobic reactor,membrane filter to realize recovery of elemental sulfur and regeneration of caustic liquid through chemical absorption,microbe anaerobic / aerobic,membrane separation,so as to effectively address the difficulty in treatment of sulfur-containing spent caustic liquid,with co-generation of elemental sulfur and regenerated caustic liquid,which is in line with the principle of cyclic economy and green,low carbon production,and ultimately uniting the environmental benefit and economic benefit.
