摘要
带式输送机在煤矿生产中担负着人员和物质的运输,不仅功率大,而且矿井深度一般都在数百甚至上千米,其安全性和节能性要求日趋受到重视。目前国内的带式输送机普遍使用交流电动机,调速控制系统为串联电阻方式。该调速方式既精度差,又耗能严重。神东煤炭集团榆家粱煤矿5-2煤工程中的带式输送机,采用ACS1000变频器,采用直接转矩变频控制方法。实际验证表明,采用直接转矩变频调速控制方法,不仅调速性能优良,而且功率因数高、谐波电流小、控制量简单,便于计算、更加节能,对电动机自身参数依赖性更低。
The belt conveyor has quite important status in coal mine production, which carries the personnel and material transportation. It not only has big power, but the mine depth generally is in hundreds and even thousands of meters, so its safety and energy saving property requirements increasingly attention. Currently, the domestic belt conveyor commonly uses the AC motor. The speed control system adopts the mode of series resistance, which the accuracy is poor and the energy consumption is serious. In the project of 5-2 mine in Shendong Goal group, the belt conveyor uses ACS1000 frequency converter and adopts the direct torque control (DTC). The experiment verifies that the DTC frequency control of motor speed performs good. And there are many advantages of DTC frequency control, including high power factor, small harmonic current, simple control quantity, easy to calculation, save more energy, and low dependence of the motor self-parameters.
