摘要
目的 了解郑州地区农村学龄前留守儿童的营养现状,探讨发育迟缓的影响因素。方法 2012年3月~2014年7月采取分层随机整群抽样和匹配的方法,共调查郑州地区6所农村幼儿园幼儿562名,其中留守儿童272名(48.40%),分为单亲外出组和双亲外出组,其余由父母监护的儿童为对照组。调查内容包括问卷调查和体格测量。结果 单亲外出组、双亲外出组和对照组儿童发育迟缓率分别为7.41%、11.59%和5.17%,双亲外出组儿童发育迟缓率高于单亲外出组和对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示,儿童年龄、出生体重、独生子女、疾病史、父亲体质指数(BMI)、母亲文化程度、看护人意愿、看护人关系及1周早餐次数9个因素与发育迟缓有关。结论 应对双亲外出的留守儿童进行营养干预。
Objective To understand the current situation of nutrition of rural left-behind preschool children in Zhengzhou, ex- plore the influencing factors of developmental retardation. Methods Stratified random cluster sampling method and matching method were a- dopted to survey 562 children in six rural kindergartens in Zhengzhou from March 2012 to July 2014, and 272 children of them were left-be- hind children, accounting for 48.40% , then the left-behind children were divided into single-parent left-behind children group and both-parent left-behind children group, the other children eared by their parents were selected as control group. The survey contents included questionnaire investigation and physique measurements. Results The incidence rates of developmental retardation in single-parent left-be-hind children group, both-parent left-behind children group, and control group were 7.41% , 11.59% , and 5.17%, respectively. The incidence rate of developmental retardation in both-parent left-behind children group was statistically significantly higher than those in single- parent left-behind children group and control group ( P〈0. 05 ) . Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that age, birth weight, single child, history of diseases, paternal body mass index (BMI) , maternal educational level, earegivers" desire, the relationship between children and earegivers, and the times of eating breakfast within one week were correlated with developmental retardation. Conclusion Nutritional intervention should be implemented for both-parent left-behind children.
