摘要 基于热采井用套管接头评价规范,对两种不同类型的特殊螺纹进行有限元分析。分析结果表明:在热采井试验中,齿侧过盈、弧对锥密封面的特殊螺纹,其密封面接触压力和接触长度受温度和压力载荷影响较小,能够保证良好的密封能力。所以,这种形式的特殊螺纹接头更适用于蒸汽辅助重力泄油井况。 Based on the Thermal Well Casing Connection Evaluation Protocol, the finite element analyses (FEA) of two different types of premium connections are conducted. The analysis result reveals that during the thermal well testing, the sealing contact pressure and sealing length of the premium connection with tooth flank interference and arc-to-cone sealing surface are just slightly affected by the temperature change and the pressure load, thus satisfactory sealing ability is ensured. And therefore this premium connection is more suitable for the service conditions of the steam-assisted gravity drainage (SAGD) well.
