摘要
为提高电力机车牵引系统运行可靠性,通过对IGBT失效机理和失效模型的研究,比对多种机车在各运行区段的IGBT失效率数据,分析了失效原因,并且针对性地提出了解决措施,为轨道交通牵引变流器可靠性的深入研究提供了一定的依据。
For the purpose of improving the system reliability of electric locomotive traction,based on the study of IGBT failure mechanism and failure models,IGBT failure rates of different types of locomotives in each operating region were compared.The failure causes were analyzed,and the specific solutions were provided as well.It provided certain basis for the deep study of rail transit traction converter application reliability.
