MicroRNA在肝癌发生及预后预测中的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 肝癌是最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,在我国恶性肿瘤中其发病率位居第二,全球排位第五,然而其发病机制尚不清楚.近年来随着对MicroRNA深入研究,人们逐渐意识到MicroR-NA与肝癌的发生、发展有着密切关系.MicroRNA(miRNA)是一种长度约为22个核苷酸,不编码蛋白质的内源性小RNA分子,本身不具有开放读码框架,广泛存在于真核生物中.miRNA参与肝肿瘤的形成多种生物过程,在转录后水平负调控基因的表达.miRNA在生物进化过程中表现出高度保守的特性,其主要作用在靶基因mRNA的3'非翻译区(3'-UTR区域),通过与3'-UTR区域碱基配对,分完全互补结合或不完全互补结合的两种模式,使靶mRNA降解或抑制靶基因翻译,并通过细胞内复杂网络状调控体系参与基因转录后调控,调节各种癌基因和抑癌基因表达,参与细胞增殖、分化、凋亡[1].笔者主要就MicroRNA在肝癌发生及预后预测中的研究进展综述如下.
