摘要
目的 探讨肺神经内分泌肿瘤的CT表现。方法 对本院2013年~2015年收治的20例具有影像学资料和病理结果的肺神经内分泌肿瘤患者的资料进行回顾性分析,全部病例均行CT平扫及增强扫描。结果 20例中,典型类癌5例,不典型类癌2例,大细胞癌6例,小细胞癌7例。男性12例,女性8例。中央型13例,周围型7例。右肺11例,左肺9例。病灶中坏死15例;钙化3例。12例出现肺内转移、纵隔肺门淋巴结转移或远处转移。19例病灶实性部分呈轻度不均质强化,1例强化较明显。结论 肺神经内分泌肿瘤CT表现有一定特征。最终确诊需要依赖病理结果。
Objective To analyze the diagnostic value of CT of pulmonary neuroendocrine tumors （PNETs）. Methods We analyzed the images of 20 patients with surgery confirmed pulmonary neuroendocrine tumor, all patients underwent plain CT and contrast enhanced CT examinations. Results In all of 20 cases, 5 cases were typical carcinoid （TC）, 2 cases were atypical careinoid （AC）, 6 cases were large cell neuroendocrine carcinoma （LCNEC）, 7 cases were small cell lung carcinoma （SCLC）. 20 cases included 12 men and 8 women. There were 13 cases in the central type and 7 cases in the peripheral type. and 11 cases in the right lung and 9 cases in the left lung. 15 cases had necrosis, 3 cases had calcification. 12 cases had lung, mediastinum and hilus lymph nodes metastasis or distant metastasis. 19 cases were mild heterogeneous enhancement. 1 case was obvious enhancement. Conclusion Although each type of pulmonary neuroendocrine tumors is not easy to distinguish, there are some characteristics in CT of this disease. The final diagnosis depends on pathology.
