以患者为中心,大力开展CT增强双低技术 被引量:19

摘要 CT增强扫描通过注入碘对比剂,使病变组织和邻近正常组织的密度差增大,不仅可以提供病变部位的血供和血流动力学变化信息,还可以观察病灶与邻近血管之间的关系,在病灶的检出、病变的定位和定性诊断、手术指导及疗效评估方面发挥着重大作用[1]。然而,CT辐射对人体可能产生的危害亦已引起社会关注,X射线的损害程度与辐射剂量有关,患者所接受的辐射剂量越大,受到的损害越大。
