摘要
目的探索骨科亚学科轮转的临床教学模式在研究生骨科教育中的作用。方法随机选择本院2011级、2012级骨科研究生各30名,2011级研究生未采用亚学科轮转教学模式,只进行本亚学科的临床轮转,2012级采用每个亚学科为期2个月的轮转。临床教学结束后,对2组学生的考核成绩进行对比分析,并于教学结束后对2组学生就教学满意度进行问卷调查。结果2组学生的临床考核成绩及对所接受的临床教学模式的满意度差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用骨科亚学科轮转的临床教学模式对提高学生的骨科理论知识、临床技能、病例分析能力等方面有很大帮助,并且该教学模式比传统教学模式更能让学生满意。
Objective To explore the effect of orthopedic sub-discipline rotation mode in the postgraduate orthopaedic education. Methods Randomly selected orthopaedic postgraduate students from grade 2011 and grade 2012( 30 students each grade). Students from grade2011 went through the traditional teaching mode,and students from grade 2012 adopted 2 months of rotation in each sub-discipline. The clinical examination results and teaching satisfaction of the two groups were analyzed. Results The clinical examination results and teaching satisfaction of students from the two grades showed statistically differences( P〈0. 05). Conclusion Orthopaedic sub-discipline rotation teaching mode improved the postgraduates in different ways such as orthopaedic theoretical knowledge,clinical skills,case analysis and so on.Meanwhile,the new teaching mode can get students more satisfied.
