摘要
提出一种"钢管混凝土支柱+柔性垫层"的新型沿空留巷巷旁支护结构.通过力学实验研究了钢管混凝土支柱的承载性能,结果表明:管径Φ159mm到Φ194mm、壁厚8~12mm的钢管配合C40等级混凝土组成的钢管混凝土支柱支护阻力可以达到1 200~2 500kN,具有很高的承载力,且结构稳定性好.为了给支柱选型提供依据,建立了"覆岩顶板-巷旁支护体"力学作用模型,推导得到了不同顶板位态下钢混支柱的支护阻力计算公式.根据现场工程实践应用,采用"钢管混凝土支柱+柔性垫层"巷旁支护结构能够使基本顶在"给定变形"的位态下很好地控制留巷稳定性,且该结构性价比高、施工工艺简单、留巷速度快,在深部高应力环境下的沿空留巷工程中具有很好的应用前景。
A new kind of roadside supporting structure which is composed of concrete-filled steel tubular column and flexible cushion for gob-side entry retaining was proposed.Bearing behavior of concrete-filled steel tubular column was tested by methods of mechanics experiment.The results show that the supporting resistance of concrete-filled steel tubular columns which be composed of C40 grade concrete and different steels with diametersΦ159mm toΦ194mm,and thickness 8mm to 12 mm can reached to 1 200~2 500 kN.It had high bearing capacity and better stable shape.To providing choosing ground for column type,the mechanical model of"roof-roadside supporting structure"was set up.And the computational formula of column's supporting resistance at different position state of roof was established.According to engineering practice,the retaining entry's stability could be controlled well by this new roadside supporting structure.It also had advantages included high cost performance,simple construction technology and high entry retaining speed.The application prospects of this technology to gob-side entry retaining in high stress circumstances in deep coal mine is considered to be well.
