摘要
通过对某汽车行李箱外板的成形工艺进行分析,提出了零件结构的优化方案,使行李箱外板冲压工序由原来的5道工序减少为4道工序。实践证明,该优化方案可行,提高了生产效率,降低了生产成本,成形的零件质量达到预期要求。
An analysis was made on the forming process of a trunk board and an optimiza- tion scheme of product structure was proposed, which was decreased to 4 steps from 5 in the original. The application showed the optimization scheme was feasible and efficient and the product quality meeted the requirement.
