摘要
基于海洋工程装备锻件受力复杂,工况特殊,各项性能及探伤要求较高,锤砧通常采用传统的自由锻+机加工方法进行生产,导致锻件金属纤维被大量破坏,不能满足使用要求。通过运用数值模拟的方法辅助胎模锻工艺方案进行设计,成功试制生产了锤砧锻件,实现该类锻件的国产化。
In view of the marine engineering equipment was forced complicatedly and spe- cial working condition, the forging performance and the flaw detection were higher. The hammer and anvil was produced by traditional free forging and machining process, which leaded to the forging couldn't meet requirements due to the metal fiber was destroyed. Nu- merical simulation was used to design caul forging process and successfully trial produced hammer and anvil forgings.
