摘要
【目的】鉴定山刺番荔枝叶片芳香气味的组成。【方法】采用固相微萃取结合气相色谱/质谱法,分析鉴定了山刺番荔枝叶片中的挥发性化学成分组成。【结果】共检出挥发性物质76种,包括烯类、醛类、醇类、脂类、酮类等,其中烯类物质种类最多、含量最高。萜类物质蒎烯含量超过25%。对挥发性物质的香味进行分析,发现其包含25种香型,其中松柏香和木香荷载较大,而叶片中的辛香味应主要来自叶醛和苯甲醛。此外,还从挥发性成分中检出了抗癌活性物质β-榄香烯。【结论】本研究为山刺番荔枝叶片精油和药物的开发提供了参考。
【Objective】To identify the aroma compounds in leaves of Annona montana.【Methods】The method of SPME-GC/MS was used for analysis.【Results】Totally,76 components were detected including aldehydes,alcohols,alkenes,lipids,ketones,ect. Alkenes were the most abundant in both type and quantity. Terpenoid and pinenes were over 25 % in relative content. Scent analysis of aromatic components displayed 25 types of scent,among which wood and conifer scents had a higher load and the scent of spice should be mainly caused by 2-hexenal and benzaldehyde. Moreover,β-elemene,an antitumor compound,was also detected.【Conclusion】These results provide references for exploitation leaves of A.montana for essential oils and pharmaceutical purposes.: LeafAroma componentSPMEGC/MS
