摘要
高职课堂教学是高职教育实施主渠道,高职教学质量提升很大程度上取决于高职课堂教学改革的效果。高职微观课堂教学改革必须建立在高职学生学情分析基础上,明晰课堂教学目标,合理选择教学内容,尊重学生的差异,采取多元化评价,促进班级学生共同发展,这都依赖于高职教师教学理念的更新和教学技能的提高,以及微观课堂教学研究的深入。
Higher vocational classroom teaching is the main channel to implement higher vocational education, and the promotion of higher vocational teaching quality depends largely on the effect of classroom teaching reform. The reform of higher vocational mi-cro classroom teaching must be set up on the basis of the analysis of higher vocational students learning situations, clarification of classroom teaching objectives, a reasonable choice of teaching contents, respect the students' differences, adoption of diversified evaluation and promotion of the common development of the students in the class. All these rely on the renewal of the teaching ideas and the improvement of the teaching skills of higher vocational teachers as well as the in-depth study of the micro classroom teaching.
