摘要
目的对应用CT技术和中西医结合方案对患有肝癌疾病的患者实施早期诊断与治疗的临床效果进行研究。方法选择在我院就诊的经CT检查确诊为患有肝癌疾病的患者92例,随机分为对照组和治疗组,平均每组46例。采用常规放化疗方案对对照组患者实施治疗;在常规放化疗基础上,加用中西医结合方案对治疗组患者实施治疗。结果治疗组患者肝癌疾病治疗效果明显优于对照组;肝区疼痛和腹胀等症状消失时间、肝癌疾病治疗计划实施总时间明显短于对照组;在治疗期间出现不良反应的人数明显少于对照组。结论应用CT技术和中西医结合方案对患有肝癌疾病的患者实施早期诊断与治疗的临床效果非常明显。
Objective To study the clinical effect of integrated medicine and CT technology in early diagnosis of liver cancer. Methods Selecting 92 cases of patients with liver cancer in our hospital diagnosed by CT examination, they were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, and each group had 46 cases. The control group used conventional radiation and chemotherapy treatment. On the basis of conventional radiation and chemotherapy, the control group adopted therapy of integrated medicine. Results The therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group. The hepatalgia, abdominal distension and other symptoms disappear time and the total time of liver disease treatment plan implementation were obviously shorter than those of the control group. The adverse reaction of the treatment group was less than that of the control group. Conclusion Application of CT technology and integrated medicine in early diagnosis of liver cancer had obvious clinical effect is very obvious.
