摘要
目的对黄连解毒汤和单味药在体外对白念珠菌生物膜的影响进行对比分析,为今后的研究与临床工作提供有价值的参考信息。方法采取MTT法对白念珠菌的悬浮菌、生物膜对黄连解毒汤、单味药的敏感性进行评价;药物预先包被对白念珠菌生物膜生成产生的影响。结果经研究发现,黄柏、黄芩对白念珠菌悬浮菌的MIC50、MIC90以及对白念珠菌生物膜的SMIC50、SMIC90与黄连解毒汤比较无明显差异;而黄连MIC50、MIC90以及对白念珠菌生物膜的SMIC50、SMIC90与黄连解毒汤比较发生明显降低,并且低于黄柏和黄芩。结论黄柏、黄芩对体外白念珠菌生物膜具有一定的抑制作用,并与黄连解毒汤效果相近,黄连的抑制效果更加的明显。
Objective To compared vitro effect of Huanglian Jiedu decoction and single herb on candida albicans biofilms, and provide valuable reference information for future research and clinical work. Methods The MTT method was adopted to evaluate the sensitivity of candida albicans to the suspension and the biological membrane of the Huanglian Jiedu decoction and the single herbal medicine. Drug precoating produced effect on biofilm formation of candida albicans. Results We found that there was no difference between amur corktree and baical skullcap root on MIC50 and MIC90 of candida albicans suspension and on MIC50 and MIC90 of candida albicans biofilms and Huanglian Jiedu decoction. Comparing with Huanglian Jiedu decoction, MIC50 and MIC90 of golden thread and MIC50 and MIC90 of candida albicans biofilms decreased significantly, and were lower than amur cork-tree and baical skullcap root. Conclusion The amur cork-tree and baical skullcap root had a certain inhibitory effect on candida albicans biofilm in vitro, and the effect was similar with Huanglian Jiedu decoction. coptis chinensis inhibitory effect is more obvious. The inhibitory effect of golden thread was more obvious.
