摘要 针对煤气化装置运行的特点及锁斗顺序控制系统的重要性和控制难点,结合工艺要求详细介绍了锁斗顺序控制的原理及锁斗循环的具体步骤。根据锁渣阀开关次数频繁,需耐高温、高压,灰渣的直接磨蚀严重等严酷工况,对锁渣阀的设计选型进行了重点探讨。论述了几种进口锁渣阀在水煤浆加压气化装置上的应用,就各自存在的优、缺点进行了详细介绍,对锁渣阀的国产化工作提供了借鉴。 Aiming at running characteristics of coal gasification installation and the importance and control difficulties of lock hopper sequence control system, principle of lock hopper sequence control and specific cycle steps are introduced in detail with combination of process requirements.Based on switch on-off frequency and severe working conditions of high temperature, high pressure and directash abrasion, design selection of lock hopper valve is emphasized.Application of several imported lock hopper valves in coal slurry gasification installation is discussed with introduction of advantages and disadvantages in detail for each type.It can be referenced for lock hopper vavle localization.
