补肾疏肝汤对大鼠抗疲劳作用的机理 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨补肾疏肝汤对大鼠抗疲劳作用的机理。方法:选择雄性健康SD大鼠50只,随机分为五组:空白对照组,模型对照组,补肾疏肝汤低剂量组,补肾疏肝汤中剂量组,补肾疏肝汤高剂量组,每组10只。除空白对照组外,其余各组每天行一次力竭游泳,同时连续灌胃14d后,主动脉取血观察血清LDH、LD、CK、BUN变化情况。结果:补肾疏肝汤低剂量组、补肾疏肝汤中剂量组、补肾疏肝汤高剂量组大鼠血清LDH、LD、CK、BUN值均下降,且优于空白对照组、模型对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:补肾疏肝汤能通过调整血LDH、LD、CK、BUN值而起到抗疲劳作用。 Objective: To discuss the action mechanism of antifatigue of Kidney-Tonifying and Liver-Soothing Decoction in rats.Methods: 50 male healthy SD rats were selected and randomized into five groups: blank control group,model control group,low dosage group of Kidney-Tonifying and Liver-Soothing Decoction,medium dosage group of Kidney-Tonifying and Liver-Soothing Decoction and high dosage group of Kidney-Tonifying and Liver-Soothing Decoction,with 10 rats in each group. Except for blank control group,the rest of the groups were performed exhausted swimming and given continuous gavage for 14 d,and the blood was taken from the aorta to observe the changes of LDH,LD,CK and BUN. Results: the values of LDH,LD,CK and BUN in low,medium and high dosage group of Kidney-Tonifying and Liver-Soothing Decoction all decreased,better than blank control group and model control group( P 〈0. 05 or P〈 0. 01). Conclusion: Kidney-Tonifying and Liver-Soothing Decoction achieves antifatigue function through regulating the values of LDH,LD,CK and BUN.
