摘要
目的:测定苍耳子中苍术苷的含量。方法:通过对不同产地苍耳子药材进行收集,分别对其种仁、种壳、刺、果壳进行分离处理,并测定其苍术苷含量。结果:苍耳子分离出的种仁、种壳、刺、果壳中,苍术苷标准曲线0.505~505ng/mL,具有较好内线性关系(r=0.9996);精密度实验、重复性实验与稳定性实验结果均满足要求;加样1.5倍、1倍和0.5倍回收率分别为(92.52±1.00)%、(94.03±1.34)%、(97.62±1.96)%。结论:通过对不同产地不同部位苍耳子中苍术苷含量的测定,我们发现炮制品苍耳子种仁中苍术苷含量较高,应加强了对苍耳子种仁的炮制,以减产少毒性。
Objective: To determine the content of altractyloside in Cangerzi( Fructus Xanthii). Methods: By collecting Cangerzi( Fructus Xanthii) in different producing areas,the kernels,seed-cases,stabs and shells were separated and the content of altractyloside was determined. Results: Among the separated kernels,seed-cases,stabs and shells,the standard curve of altractyloside was 0. 505 ~ 505 ng/m L,with good interior linear relation( r = 0. 9996). The results of precision experiment,repeatability experiment and stability experiment all met requirement. The recovery rates of 1. 5,1 and 0. 5 times adding sample were respectively( 92. 52 ± 1. 00) %,( 94. 03 ± 1. 34) % and( 97. 62 ± 1. 96) %. Conclusion: This determination method is simple to conduct,with good stability and high precision and sensitivity,which can be used to effectively determine the content of altractyloside in Cangerzi( Fructus Xanthii).
