裂解气相色谱内标法测定天然胶乳中干胶含量 被引量:1

摘要 研究用热裂解气相色谱(PGC)内标法测定天然胶乳中干胶含量。试验结果表明:以丁苯橡胶为内标物和以纯天然橡胶为标准物绘制的标准曲线线性好;以标准曲线为基准,在天然胶乳中添加内标物后进行PGC测试,即可直接得出天然胶乳中的干胶含量。PGC法测定结果准确,操作简便。 In this study, a method was developed for the determination of dry rubber content of NR latex using internal standard method of pyrolysis-gas chromatography(PGC). The standard curve was obtained using pure NR and an internal standard substance, i.e. styrene butadiene rubber(SBR), and the curve showed a good linear relationship. During the test, the internal standard substance was added into the NR latex, and the dry rubber content of NR latex could be determined by PGC test and calculation using the standard curve. This method gave accurate testing results and was easy to run.
