摘要
通过对聚苯硫醚新滤袋和使用5个月的旧滤袋进行了不同温度处理,对处理后的条样进行了断裂强力、断裂伸长率、SEM、FT-IR、CHNS元素分析和DSC结晶度的分析,探讨了温度对条样力学性能的影响。结果表明,对于新滤袋,纬向断裂强力和断裂伸长率呈先升高后降低的趋势,经向断裂强力和断裂伸长率基本不变。对于旧滤袋,随着温度的升高,经纬向断裂强力均呈现下降趋势,断裂伸长率也呈现类似的趋势;在200℃的空气中处理24 h后,纬向断裂强力保持率为83.29%,经向断裂强力保持率为90.45%。结合新旧滤袋发现,PPS滤料在使用中断裂强力会先升高而后会缓慢地下降。通过新旧滤袋的FT-IR对比发现,旧滤袋的FT-IR谱图中新增砜基基团。通过CHNS元素分析发现,旧滤袋经不同温度处理后氧化程度加深。通过差示扫描量热法(DSC)分析经不同温度处理后的新旧滤袋发现,新旧滤袋结晶度的变化趋势与力学性能的变化趋势类似。结晶度下降和氧化是PPS滤袋力学性能下降的重要原因。
The polyphenylene sufide( PPS) new bag-filters and old bag-filters which had been used for five months were treated at different temperatures. Based on the experimental results of breaking force,elongation at breaking force,SEM,FT-IR,CHNS elemental analysis and DSC analysis,effects of temperature on mechanical properties of PPS bag-filters were studied. The result shows that,for new bag-filters,the breaking force and elongation rate of breaking force in transverse direction increase first and then decrease with temperature raise. While the breading force and elongation rate of breaking force in machine direction remains basically unchanged. For old bag-filters,the breaking force as well as elongation rate of breaking force in both transverse and machine directions tend to decrease with the rising of temperature. While the old bag-filters were treated in air at200℃ for 24 h,the breaking force retention rate in transverse and machine direction were 83. 29% and 90. 45%,respectively. Through the findings of mechanical properties,the breaking force of PPS bag filters tends to increase firstly and followed by a slow decrease. The sulfone were founded in the old bag-filters by FT-IR spectroscopy. The CHNS elemental analysis result shows that after being treated with different temperatures,the oxidation degree of the old bag-filters would increase. Based on the DSC analysis of new and old bag-filters which have been treated at different temperatures,the change of crystallinity is similar to the change of the breaking force. Oxidation and decline of crystallinity are two of the important reasons for decrease of mechanical properties of PPS bag-filters.
