以非洲某市政工程的实践为例,讨论在履行国际承包合同过程中对合同文件的理解,灵活运用合同组成文件以及相关标准、规范的方法,维护了承包商的合法权益,确保了国际承包工程项目的顺利实施。
Based on the practice in the execution of an infrastructure project in an African country, we discussed the understanding of the contract documents during the implementation of international contracts, and the methods for neatly application of the contract documents and their interrelated standards, specifications and regulations to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the contractors and to ensure the smooth and successful implementation of the international contract projects.
