医院精细化管理“八个满意度调查表”的应用分析 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨"八个满意度调查表"在医院精细化管理中的作用。方法选取荆州市妇幼保健院2011年1月~2014年12月发放的"八个满意度调查表"共18 534份进行统计分析。结果"八个满意度调查表"四年平均满意度均提升明显,环比平均增幅均为正数。结论 "八个满意度调查表"应用让医院管理更精更细,和谐了医患关系,促进了医院健康持续发展,值得应用推广。 Objective To explore the function of "the eight satisfaction questionnaires" in the detailed management in a hospital. Methods 18 534 pieces of "the eight satisfaction questionnaires",which were collected by Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital in Jingzhou City from January 2011 to December 2014,were statistically analyzed. Results The average satisfaction about "eight satisfaction questionnaires" had obviously increased for four years,and the monthly average growth was positive. Conclusion The applying of "eight satisfaction questionnaires" has made the management of a hospital finer and the relationship between doctors and patients more harmonious.It promotes the sustained development of the hospital,so this method is worth popularizing.
