摘要
研究生教育内部质量保障机制由研究生教育系统内部的运行机制、动力机制和约束机制总体构建而成。运行机制以培养过程为视角,包括招生机制、培养机制、学位管理机制、管理机制和条件保障机制;动力机制以不同主体为视角,包括研究生培养资助机制、研究生导师激励机制、研究生综合素养培养激励机制;约束机制以制度为视角,包括培养单位制度建设机制、社会监督机制、研究生培养淘汰机制和研究生导师淘汰机制。
Internal quality assurance mechanism of postgraduate education consists of operation mechanism,dynamic mechanism and restriction mechanism.Operation mechanism includes postgraduate enrolling mechanism of cultivation unit,postgraduate training mechanism of cultivation unit,academic degree management mechanism of cultivation unit,postgraduate management mechanism of cultivation unit and education condition assurance mechanism of cultivation unit.Dynamic mechanism includes assisting mechanism in postgraduate-cultivating,incentive mechanism of postgraduate tutor,incentive mechanism of postgraduate comprehensive literacy.Restriction mechanism includes system construction mechanism of cultivation unit,social supervision mechnism in postgraduate-cultivating,elimination mechanism in postgraduates-cultivating and elimination mechanism of postgraduate tutor.
