摘要
为了研究WJ-6000型铲运机的差速器齿轮转速,采用Pro/E对该差速器进行参数化三维建模,并利用ADAMS对其在直行和转向2种工况下的齿轮转速进行动态仿真。结果表明:直线运行工况下,差速器齿轮通过公转实现差速器的运转平稳;在转弯行驶工况下,当运转至0.5 s时,差速器左右半轴速度出现突变。仿真为该型铲运机差速器结构优化和后续的研究提供了数据支持。
In order to study the gear velocity of the differential of WJ-6000 scraper, the paper applied Pro/E to build its 3D parametric model, and used ADAMS to conduct dynamic simulation on its gear velocity in walking straight and steering mode. The simulation results showed: in walking straight mode, the differential operated stably via gear revolution; in steering mode, the left and right half axle in the differential changed suddenly while running to 0.5 s. The simulation offered data support for structural optimization and further study of the kind of scraper.
