摘要
研究生是我国创新人才的主力,其创新能力的培养至关重要,是建设创新型国家的重要保障。文章构建了以学生为中心,基于"问题驱动"和"教师引导"的开放式课程教学模式,通过教学理念、教学手段和考核方式等七个维度的开放实现研究生创新能力培养的有效提高。
Postgraduates are the main force of innovative talent. Cultivating innovative ability of postgraduate students is significant and is an important guarantee for building innovative country. This paper sets up a teaching model of open postgraduate courses, which takes students as center and is featured with 'question-driving' and 'teacherguiding'. In the author's view, cultivation of postgraduates' innovative ability will be effectivelypromoted by seven dimensions, like teaching concept, teaching means, assessment methods and so on.
