摘要
教师专业发展是教育改革的重要要求,也是广大教师的心声。近年来,随着英语教学的不断深入,英语教师专业发展备受重视。在探究高职院校初任英语教师专业发展现状的基础上,分析影响其专业发展的因素,并尝试提出相关解决的途径。
It is an important requirement for educational reform and also the aspiration of most teachers to develop their profession. As the English teaching goes deeper and deeper in recent years, special attention has be put to English teachers＇professional development. Based on studying the current situation of beginning English teachers＇professional development, the article analyses the factors that affect their professional development, and also proposes suggestions solving relevant problems.
