摘要
目的探讨单侧膝关节置换术后高屈曲活动度对生活质量的影响。方法选取2014年1月至2015年1月在我院接受单侧膝关节置换手术的患者80例,按随机数表法将患者分为实验组和对照组,两组患者都采取单侧膝关节置换手术,实验组术后采取高屈膝活动度干预,对照组采取常规的护理干预,对比两组患者的简明生活质量评价量表(SF-36),自我效能感量表(GSES),认知功能能力状态简易评价量表(MMSE)。结果实验组和对照组术后简明生活质量量表中生理功能评分为(62.791±2.564)分vs.(51.223±1.102)分,生命活力评分为(78.654±2.231)分vs.(63.224±1.356)分;自我效能感评分为(38.901±1.798)分vs.(20.897±2.001)分;MMSE中理解能力为(13.9±2.1)分vs.(4.1±1.8)分,语言表达能力为(11.6±2.2)分vs.(4.3±0.9)分;实验组均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论高屈曲活动度可以显著改善单侧膝关节置换术后患者的生活质量。
Objective To investigate the effect of flexion activity on the life quality of patients with unilateral knee replacement surgery. Methods 80 patients with unilateral knee replacement surgery were chosen from January 2014 to January 2015 in our hospital. According to the random number table,the patients underwent unilateral total knee arthroplasty were divided into experimental group and control group. The experimental group received high flexion activities of functional training,while the control group received routine functional training. The two groups were compared with health related quality of life meatured by SF-36,general percevied self-efficacy sense( GSES),and mini-mental state examination( MMSE). Results In the experimental group and the control group,the physical function scores of SF-36 was( 62. 791 ± 2. 564) vs.( 51. 223 ± 1. 102); the vitality scores of SF-36 was( 78. 654 ± 2. 231)vs.( 63. 224 ± 1. 356); the GSES was( 38. 901 ± 1. 798) vs.( 20. 897 ± 2. 001); the comprehension ability of MMSE was( 13. 9 ± 2. 1) vs.( 4. 1 ± 1. 8); and the language ability of MMSE was( 11. 6 ± 2. 2) vs.( 4. 3 ±0. 9). The experimental group was better than the control group( P 〈0. 05). Conclusion The quality of life in patients with unilateral knee replacement surgery can be significantly improved by the degree of high flexion activities of functional training.
