摘要
石化厂某型号制氢转化炉在投产使用4年后,其辐射室1根炉管发生开裂。为找出炉管开裂原因,对炉管材料进行了检测,通过对制氢转化炉炉管的断口、金相以及高温蠕变分析,找出了失效原因。由于催化剂搭桥及炉嘴偏烧导致的局部过热引起的高温蠕变损伤是炉管开裂的主要原因。
The hydrogen conversion furnace was used for 4 years after the operation, and now one of the tubes in the radiation chamber was cracking. After the analysis of the fracture cross section, metallographic examination of the tube, the failure reasons were found out. The high temperature creep damage caused by the local overheating which rooted in the catalyst bypass and the partial burning to the furnace nozzle is the main reason for the cracking of furnace tube.
