摘要
城市供水管网在运行一段时间后,铸铁管会出现锈蚀的问题,这会减小管道过水断面面积和增加管道摩阻系数,从而提高了供水能耗。环氧树脂喷涂改造是一种新型的管道修复方法,依托北京某小区供水管网喷涂改造修复工程,研究了喷涂前后管网监测点压力值的变化情况,结果表明喷涂改造后管网监测点压力值都有所上升。
After a certain period of service, corrosion can occur on cast iron pipes of urban water distribution system, which can decrease water-crossing section and increase pipe friction coefficient, thus increasing energy consumption. Epoxy The variation of pressure at monitoring resin spraying is one of the newest technologies to points of urban water distribution system before and was investigated based on a real epoxy resin spraying project in community X in Beijing. that pressure values at monitoring points were all increased after epoxy resin spraying.
