计及电网改造的高渗透率分布式光伏优化规划 被引量:10

摘要 随着国家和地方政府持续出台支持政策,分布式光伏发电快速发展,局部地区渗透率较高,对电网提出了改造需求,自身也面临限电风险。针对高渗透率分布式光伏发电接入带来的电网改造成本、降低损耗、延缓电网投资等成本效益,提出一种计及电网改造的高渗透率分布式光伏接入的综合成本效益分析方法,基于典型规划场景的年度8 760 h分析结果,对高渗透率分布式光伏接入进行优化规划研究,研究结论可为实现高渗透率分布式光伏科学规划提供参考。 With the policies supported by national and local governments,the distributed photovoltaic power generation achieves rapid development in recent years. The relatively high penetration of distributed photovoltaic system in some areas leads to the requirement of grid reinforcement. And the distributed photovoltaic system also faces the risk of power ration.According to the grid reinforcement cost,loss reduction and grid investment delay and other cost benefits caused by distributed photovoltaic system with high permeability,this paper proposed a comprehensive cost benefit analysis method with considering grid reinforcement. Then,based on the analysis results of 8 760 hours in typical planning scenario,the optimal planning research on integration of high penetration distributed photovoltaic system was carried out,whose results could provide references for the scientific planning of high penetration distributed photovoltaic system.
