摘要
目的:观察桑仙降压颗粒对自发性高血压大鼠(SHR)心肌血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的影响,探讨其对SHR心肌VEGF的干预作用。方法:SHR随机分为3组,空白对照组、吲哒帕胺西药对照组、桑仙降压颗粒组,以Wistar大鼠为正常对照组,4周及8周后观察SHR心肌VEGF蛋白光密度值的表达。结果:相较正常对照组,实验前及实验4周后,空白对照组VEGF蛋白光密度值降低,无统计学差异(P>0.05);实验8周后,空白对照组VEGF蛋白光密度值显著降低,存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。相较空白对照组,实验4周后,桑仙降压颗粒组与西药对照组VEGF蛋白光密度值均有增多趋势,但无统计学意义(P>0.05);实验8周后,桑仙降压颗粒组与西药对照组VEGF蛋白光密度值阳性表达均显著增多,均存在显著差异(P<0.01),而桑仙降压颗粒组与西药对照组相比无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:桑仙降压颗粒用药4周时对VEGF无影响,用药8周后能有效增加SHR心肌VEGF含量。
Objective:To observe the effect of Sangxian Jiangya Granule(SXJYG)on myocardial vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)protein optical density values of spontaneously hypertensive rats(SHR),and to discuss the intervention effect of myocardial VEGF of SHR. Method:SHR were randomly divided into 3 groups:blank control group,indapamide control group of western medicine,SXJYG group,as Wister rats in normal control group. the expression of VEGF protein optical density values were observed after 4 and 8 weeks. Result:Compared with the normal group,before experiment and after 4 weeks,the expression of VEGF protein optical density values in blank control group decreased that had no statistical significance(P〉0.05);After 8 weeks,the expression of VEGF protein optical density value,which were significant differences between the normal group and control group,had extremely decreased(P〉0.05). Compared with blank control group,after 4 weeks,the expression of VEGF protein optical density value had growing trend both in SXJYG group and control group of western medicine,which had no statistical significance(P〉0.05);after 8 weeks,VEGF protein positive expression of optical density values increased significantly both in SXJYG group and indapamide control group of western medicine,which had Significant difference(P〈0.01).Whereas,there was no statistical significance between SXJYG group and indapamide control group of western medicine(P〉0.05).Conclusion:SXJXG step-down particles drug at 4 weeks of VEGF had no effect,drug can effectively increase the SHR myocardial VEGF levels after 8 weeks.
