摘要 从暖通空调设备运行能耗的基本关系分析得出节能控制的关键点:减少负荷需求,提高运行效率和减少运行时间。暖通空调设备的控制方式主要有就地手动、远程手动和自动控制等,从便于运行管理和节能优化的角度,推荐大型公共建筑采用直接数字控制系统。介绍了GB 50189—2015《公共建筑节能设计标准》对锅炉房、换热机房、冷热源机房和全空气空调系统等节能控制的设计要求,以及对于节能监测和计量的相关要求。 Analyses the basic relationship between operation and energy consumption for air conditioning system, and concludes that the key factors for energy saving are to reduce the load demand, to improve operational efficiency and to reduce operating time. The main control manners for HVAC equipment are local manual control, remote manual control and automatic control. In consideration of management convenience and energy optimization, recommends the direct digital control system for large public buildings. Presents the design requirements of energy saving control for boiler rooms, heat exchanger rooms, cold and heat source equipment rooms and all-air HVAC systems, which are required by GB 50189- 2015 Design stdndard for energy efficiency of public buildings, as well as the relevant requirements for monitoring and metering.
