摘要
研究了五次重复加工对聚甲醛MC90综合性能的影响。结果表明:MC90的熔融指数、b值及简支梁缺口冲击强度随着加工次数增加变化明显,性能均逐渐降低;热分解温度随加工次数增加逐渐降低,热稳定性能下降;熔融温度、结晶温度、力学性能受加工次数增加的影响不明显。
In this paper,the effects of the comprehensive performance of polyoxymethylene( MC90) which underwent five times' repeated processed were studied. The results showed that the MFR,b value and the impact strength were obviously changed with the processed time increased,and the performances of them were gradually decreased. The thermal decomposition temperature was decreased with the processed time increased,so the thermal stability was gradually decreased. And the melting temperature,crystallization temperature and mechanical properties were little impacted with the processed time increased.
