煤炭中“固有挥发分”的测定初探 被引量:2

摘要 对新疆洗中煤、动力煤、洗矸石中的"固有挥发分"值与测定时间的相关关系进行探讨及研究,研究结果表明:分析煤样随着隔绝空气加热的时间增加,其"固有挥发分"测值增大,加热到一定时间(100 min)后其"固有挥发分"值趋于稳定;煤样在隔绝空气加热60 min以上时不能准确描述煤样的焦渣特征值;按照现有标准进行测定不能真实反应煤样的"固有挥发分"含量,建议对不同煤种的"固有挥发分"测定做进一步的深入研究。 The relationships between determination time and ‘inherent volatile matter’ of Xinjiang middling, steam coal and washing gangue were discussed.The results indicated that ‘inherent volatile matter’ increased with the increase of heating time and became stable when coal sample was heated to a certain duration (100 min); coal sample could not accurately describe CRC value when it was heated more than 60 min in the absence of air.Determination according to standardcould not reflect the true' inherent volatile matter', determination of'inherent volatile matter'of different coal speciesshould be researched further.
