摘要
目的研究突发性心肌梗死患者行心血管内科治疗的临床效果。方法选取2015年2～7月我院收治的突发性心肌梗死患者62例,分为两组,对照组采用常规治疗,研究组常规治疗联合尿激酶溶栓治疗,分析两组临床效果。结果治疗后,研究组各项心功能指标及临床总有效率等,与对照组比较（P〈0.05）。结论心血管内科常规治疗突发性心肌梗死的基础上联合尿激酶溶栓的疗效确切。
Objective To study the acute myocardial infarction patients clinical effect of cardiovascular internal medicine treatment.Methods62 cases of patients with acute myocardial infarction in February ～ July 2015 in our hospital, divided into two groups, control group using conventional treatment, the team routine with urokinase thrombolysis therapy, analysis of two groups of clinical effect.Results After treatment, the team the cardiac function indexes and clinical total effective rate, compared with the control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Cardiovascular internal medicine on the basis of conventional treatment of acute myocardial infarction combined the curative effect of urokinase thrombolysis.
