摘要
目的观察复方苦参注射液联合FOLFOX4化疗方案治疗晚期结直肠癌的临床效果。方法选取我院2012年6月～2015年5月化疗的90例晚期结直肠癌患者为研究对象,依据治疗方法分为照组45例（FOLFOX4化疗）和观察组45例（复方苦参注射液＋FOLFOX4化疗）,4个疗程结束后,统计分析两组的治疗效果和生存情况。结果两组中均未见完全缓解病例,观察组临床总有效率（64.44%）以及1年生存率（17.78%）高于对照组,P〈0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论复方苦参注射液联合FOLFOX4化疗有利于改善晚期结直肠癌治疗效果,延长生存时间。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of compound kushen injection combined with FOLFOX4 for the treatment of advanced colorectal cancer.Methods 90 cases with advanced colorectal cancer were selected in our hospital from June 2012 to May 2015. According to the treatment methods, they were divided into control group of 45 cases （FOLFOX4 chemotherapy） and observation group of 45 cases （compound kushen injection combined with FOLFOX4）. The treatment effect and survival rate of the two groups were statistically analyzed after 4 period of treatment.ResultsThere was no complete remission in the two groups, the clinical total effective rate （64.44%） and the 1 year survival rate （17.78%） in the observation group were signiifcantly higher than those in the control group,P〈0.05, there were signiifcant differences.Conclusion Compound kushen injection combined with FOLFOX4 chemotherapy can improve the treatment effect of advanced colorectal cancer, prolong the survival time, and it is recommended to promote.
