摘要 针对实验室安全现状,阐述实验室安全准入制度建设的必要性,选择具有代表性的轨迹交叉论作为理论研究基础,分析研究人因和物因的运动轨迹,引出实验室安全准入制度的定义,提出实验室安全准入建立与实施的措施:通过安全基本培训和技术培训,提升人的安全素养,控制人的不安全行为从而建立人员准入;通过对实验室设计、危险物料的使用进行论证,仪器设备及时检测保养,提升物的本质安全度,控制物的不安全状态从而建立物的准入;避免人与物两种因素运动轨迹交叉,以便超前预防、控制实验室事故的发生,切实加强实验室的安全管理。 This article illustrates the necessity and importance of laboratory safety.The relevant of human being and object-a theory of crossed track was taken as the foundation for thistheoretical research.A definition of safety permission system was put forward,methods and steps of establishingsafety permission system were also proposed in this paper.Through basic safetytraining and technical training,safety awarenessof peoplecould be improved andunsafe behaviors could be reduced.In order to controlthe insecurity appearance of object and improve the intrinsic safety,a demonstrationfor laboratory design and use of hazardous materials need to be taken,the equipmenthas be detected and maintained timely.In order to prevent andcontrol accidents,it is important to avoid person and object's tracks crossing.
