摘要
近年来,随着我国市场经济的高速发展,市场结构、劳动组织方式以及对汽车检测人才的需求都发生了巨大的变革,这种变化要求劳动者从单一知识结构向综合劳动能力转变。但是目前我国在汽车人才培养的现实方面仍然以传统的教学方法为主,教学过程中理论教学内容偏多,实践教学偏少,理论与实践严重脱节,课程设置仍然以学科为主,过于强调教材的系统性,实践表明传统的教学方法已明显不能满足现代职业能力培养的要求。汽车使用性能与检测是汽车检测与维修技术专业的主干专业课程,本文探讨如何使用行动导向教学法对该课程的传统教学进行改造,以提高教学质量。
With the rapid development of Chinese market economyin recent years,our market structure,labor organization and the demand for vehicle inspection personnel have undergone tremendous changes,these changes require the employee to change from singleknowledge structureto comprehensive ability to work.But at present our training is still dominated by traditional teaching methods,more theoretical teaching,less practice teaching,there is a serious gap between theory and practice,the curriculum is based on subjects,emphasis too much on the system of teaching materials,practice shows that traditional teaching method is obviously cannot meet the modern vocational training requirements.＂The performance of vehicles and detection＂ is the main course of automobile detection and maintenance technology specialty,this paper discusses how to use the action oriented teaching method to reform the traditional teaching,to improve the quality of teaching.
