摘要
以科学化、规范化的教学督导评估制度来夯实教学质量,是高职教育发展的必然要求。当前高职院校教学督导评估工作存在很多问题,必须进一步提高认识,更新教学督导评估工作理念,优化教学督导评估机构设置,丰富教学督导评估工作内容,完善教学督导评估队伍建设。
It is the inevitable requirement for the development of higher vocational education to strengthen the teaching quality with scientific and standardized teaching supervision evaluation system. At present there are a lot of problems in higher vocational colleges and universities teaching supervision and evaluation work, we must further improve cognition, update teaching supervision and evaluation work philosophy, optimize teaching supervision and evaluation insti- tutions, enrich teaching supervision and evaluation work content, improve teaching supervision and evaluation team construction.
