摘要
网络技术的发展极大地丰富了人们的生活,网络游戏也成为很多人的体闲娱乐方式,由此引发了网络游戏的沉迷问题.在阐述高职生沉迷网络游戏的现状及危害的基础上,分析了高职生沉迷网络游戏的原因,并提出了相应的预防与解决措施,如加强思想教育与引导,帮助学生做好职业生涯规划,丰富校园文化活动,以及加强与网络成瘾学生的心理疏导等.
Development of network technique enriches our life greatly and online games have become pastimes of many people, which causes addiction problems of online games. Based on expounding the status of higher vocational students getting addicted in online games and its harm, this paper analyzes the reasons and puts forward corresponding prevention and solution measures such as strengthening ideological education and guidance, helping students to finish their career planning, enriching campus culture activities and enhancing psychological counseling for online game addicts.
