摘要
在阐述铁路货物列车辅助检车系统总体构架的基础上,针对目前货物列车的检车需求,分析铁路货物列车辅助检车系统的硬件和软件系统组成及原理,车号识别系统主要由车号主机、判别器、磁钢及车号接收天线等设备组成,实现对通过列车车号信息的采集;图像采集系统采用四路高清数字相机实时采集图像,实现对货物列车的监测;铁路货物列车辅助检车软件实现对进出站列车车顶、车身实时图像显示、录像存储、查询、回放、抓图等功能。实践表明,铁路货物列车辅助检车系统应用效果良好。
Based on expounding the general framework of auxiliary inspection system of railway freight car, targeting with current inspection demand of freight cars, this paper analyzes the composition and principle of the hardware and software of the system, which means: the train number identification system is mainly composed with host of train number, discriminator, magnetic steel and train number receiving antenna, etc., which realize the collection of passing train number information; image collection system applies four-path HD digital camera to realize the supervision on freight cars; the software of auxiliary inspection of railway freight car realizes the functions of real-time image display, video storage, query, playback and screenshot about train roof and body which arriving and departing station. The practice shows the system has good application effect.
