摘要
甾体类化合物是一类广泛存在于动植物体内,具有多种生物活性的物质,它的生物转化指的是外源甾体类化合物在生物体内经多种酶催化的代谢转化,通过生物转化可以完成一些有机合成难以进行的反应,得到更具有新药开发价值的物质.近5年来,甾体类化合物的生物转化研究发展迅速,在查阅相关国内外文献的基础上,归纳了甾体类化合物生物转化的不同类型,羟化反应,氢化反应,脱氢反应,Baeyer-Villiger氧化反应和溴化反应,阐述了甾体类化合物生物转化的相关实例和研究进展,为进一步研究甾体类化合物的结构改造和修饰提供了参考.
Steroids widely exist in animals and plants,with a variety of biological activities.Biotransformation of steroids achieve structural modifications of substrates with the functions of enzymes systems in organism and accomplish some reactions that organic synthesis can not achieve.Substances with drug development value are produced by biotransformation.The latest five-year show a rapid development in the academic research on biotransformation of steroids.This review mainly focuses on biotransformation of steroids in the past 5years.On the basis of consulting a large number of foreign and domestic studies,biotransformation patterns are summarized to 5types,hydroxylation,carbonylation,hydrogenation,dehydrogenation,BaeyerVilliger oxidation and bromination.Relevant examples and research progress of biotransformation are elaborated,which plays an important role in structural modification of steroids and provids research basis for steroids biotransformation.
