立式环模颗粒成型机压辊性能仿真分析

摘要 立式环模颗粒成型机是一种新型生物质燃料颗粒的生产设备,采用偏心轴压辊式结构,即压辊绕轴转动,与环模接触将物料挤出,压辊成为成型机稳定工作的关键影响因素之一。基于虚拟样机仿真技术,利用有限元分析软件对压辊组件进行静态结构仿真分析,得出在正向与侧向受载情况下,压辊所受最大等效应力小于材料本身许用应力,并且压辊的最大变形量远远小于其压辊的总体尺寸,压辊的强度与刚度可以得到保证,从而验证成型机压辊的结构性能合理性。 Vertical pellets forming machine with circular mould is a new kind of biomass pellets forming equipment,it uses eccentric shaft structure in pressure roller component. Biomass pellets squeezed from circular mould to make out pellets by contacted with roller,when the eccentric shaft rotates. In conclusion,it is one of key factor in forming machine,and influences its effective operation. Based on virtual prototyping simulation technology,it analyzes roller by the static structural simulation software. It concludes that the maximum equivalent stress of roller is less than its permissible stress,and the maximum deformation of roller is less than its the overall size in the case of the forward and lateral load. So the strength and stiffness of the roller can be guaranteed,and verify its structural rationality.
