摘要
加强高职院校中层干部队伍建设,科学、客观、公正地考核评价中层干部,这是当前所有高职院校面临的新课题。对近十年高职院校中层干部考核评价研究现状进行梳理,既可以让我们对当前的研究现状进行辩证地审视,也可以对未来的发展进行展望。
Strengthening the construction of middle-level cadres in higher vocational colleges, scientifically, objectively and justly assessing and evaluating middle-level cadres, is a new topic for the present higher vocational colleges. To summarize the status quo of the research on the evaluation of middle-level cadres in the last ten years, will not only make us have a dialectical view on the current research, but also let us look forward to the future development.
