温度对剩余污泥和生活垃圾联合厌氧消化的影响 被引量:3

摘要 文章以城市生活垃圾和污水处理厂剩余污泥作为发酵原料,研究中温(35℃±1℃)与高温(55℃±1℃)对两种物料联合厌氧消化过程COD,p H值,产气量的影响。结果表明:55℃厌氧消化要比35℃厌氧消化效果好,其中55℃条件下,COD,VS的去除率分别为73.22%,66.81%,比35℃条件下COD,VS的去除率分别提高了8.17%,10.76%;日产气量在第25天出现了产气高峰,产气量为2130 m L,比35℃条件下日产气量提高了14.08%,产气高峰提前了15天左右。由此可见,55℃条件下。厌氧发酵不仅启动快,还能提高产气量,又可以缩短发酵周期。 The influence of temperature( 35 ℃ ± 1℃,55 ℃ ± 1℃) on anaerobic co-digestion of domestic waste and excess sludge was studied in this paper,and the COD,p H and biogas production were investigated. The results showed that the thermophilic temperature of 55℃ was more effective than that of 35℃. The COD and VS removal rate under 55℃ were73. 22% and 66. 81% respectively,which were increased by 8. 17% and 10. 76% comparing with those under 35℃. The peak of daily gas production under 55℃ was 2130 m L,14. 08% higher than that under 35 ℃,which was appeared on the25 th day,15 days earlier than that under 35 ℃.
