摘要
快速检测是指在现场进行的监督工作中,通过生物实验法、理化分析法等简单易操作的方法,对被监督对象进行卫生学检测,且能快速获取检测结果、及时发现潜在危险因子的一种技术手段。在食品安全监督执法工作中使用快速检测法,可以完善食品监管体系、加大食品监管力度、扩大食品监管范围、降低食品监管成本和为食品安全监督执法工作提供技术支持。本文简单介绍了快速检测技术在食品安全监督执法中的应用,并对其在食品安全监督执法中起到的作用进行了探讨,指出快速检测技术的合理应用是加强食品安全监管工作的有效途径之一。
Rapid detection is a kind of technology which refers to the supervision work in the field,through the biological experiment method, the physical and chemical analysis method and so on,that are simple and easy to operate,and can quickly get test results,timely find potential risk factors. Rapid detection used in the food safety supervision and law enforcement in a quick test,can improve the food regulatory system,intensify food regulation,expand the scope of the regulation of food,lower the cost of food regulation and provide technical support for food safety supervision and law enforcement. This article simply introduces the application of rapid detection technology in the food safety supervision and law enforcement,and points out that the reasonable application of rapid detection technology is one of the effective ways to strengthen food safety supervision work.
