摘要
目的评价护士分层护理管理模式在临床护理管理工作中的应用效果。方法按照数字随机表法将我院60名护理工作人员分为实验组与对照组,每组各30名,实验组护理人员采用分层管理模式,对照组护理人员采用常规管理模式,观察比较两组护理人员的整体护理工作质量及患者满意度。结果实验组护理人员的基础护理、专科护理、护理文书书写、服务质量、病区管理质量评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组护理人员的患者满意度为96.7%,高于对照组护理人员的80.0%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论分层护理管理不仅能够提高护理工作质量,还能够提高患者满意度。
Objective To evaluate the application effect of hierarchical nursing management in nursing management. Methods 60 nursing staff were divided into experimental group and control group,30 in each group. The experimental group used hierarchical nursing managementb. The control group used the routine management mode,and the overall nursing quality and patients＇ satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results In the experimental group,the nursing staff＇s basic nursing,specialist nursing,nursing document writing,service quality,ward management quality score were higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The satisfaction rate of patients in the experimental group was 96.7%,significantly higher than that of the control group（80.0%）,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. ConclusionHierarchical nursing management can not only improve the quality of nursing work,but also improve patients＇ satisfaction.
