摘要
目的分析心理护理在手术患者中的应用体会。方法随机抽取在我院接受手术患者160例,按照护理方式的不同分为观察组和对照组各80例患者,对照组患者接受常规护理,观察组在此基础上采取心理护理。结果两组患者护理后SAS评分、SDS评分较护理前降低,观察组护理后SAS评分、SDS评分低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论对手术患者采取心理护理,可减轻患者焦虑、抑郁情绪,效果满意。
Objective To analyze the application of psychological nursing in surgical patients. Methods Randomly selected 160 cases undergoing surgery in our hospital,according to the different methods of nursing, 80 patients were divided into observation group and control group. Control group patients received routine nursing care,observation group on the basis of control group used psychological nursing. Results Two groups of patients after nursing,SAS scores and SDS scores were significantly lower than before psychological nursing,and observation group after nursing,SAS scores and SDS score were significantly lower than the control group, the difference with statistical significance,P〈0.05. Conclusion Psychological nursing in patients with surgery can relieve patients＇ anxiety,depression.
